We’re delighted to announce our recent acquisition of the historic Citadel building in the heart of Birmingham.

Set behind a beautiful Victorian façade on 190 Corporation Street, Citadel houses 46,000 sq ft of office and retail space positioned at the intersection of the business and university districts, just 350 metres from the upcoming HS2 terminal.

Working in close partnership with Architecture 00, we look to restore the building back to its former glory, placing our attention, as always, on design quality, flexible use of space and state of the art technology. The building is purposed to welcome businesses of all sizes and stages with a layout serving those in need of a single desk or a full floor, all connected by a vast atrium hosting good coffee and a social space for cultural happenings.

Birmingham is a dynamic city with a very bright outlook. With major regeneration schemes transforming the city centre, we are thrilled to be part of Birmingham’s beating heart at this exciting time and contribute to the life and soul of the city.
