We are delighted to be collaborating with Leeds based non-profit radio station Sable Radio to transform one of our wooden pods into a podcasting studio. The studio gives building residents, local projects and local companies the platform to create and broadcast their own podcast content. At its heart is a desire to promote creativity and to link creative groups with the business community.

Our wooden pod project started in 2018 as a collaboration with Studio Bark, an innovative architectural practice with an ethos ingrained in sustainable modular design (check them out on Grand Designs).

We teamed up with Studio Bark and East Street Arts to deliver a collaborative space for the arts community in Leeds. Flat packed wooden panels became moveable spaces for artists to take up residency, to use as studios and exhibition spaces.

They’ve since been used as meeting spaces across our Leeds and Manchester buildings.
